Boredom=Insanity

When you have nothing to do, and nowhere to go,
Insanity reigns!!

When you have no one to talk to, no one to turn to,
Insanity reigns!!

When you have nothing to do, you get creative…
Take a walk
Find a bug
Stretch out
Read a book
Listen to the same song over and over
Then the insanity creeps up.

When you have nowhere to go…
You go to the park
You walk around in endless circles
You run out in front of traffic
You watch nothing and see something

When you have no one to talk to…
You talk to your animals
You talk to your computer
You talk to the plants
You talk to yourself

When you have no one to turn to…
You turn to no one
You stop talking to anyone
You walk away from everything

Boredom=Insanity
Don’t let it wrap us up in the white coat of Boredom, break free, do something, get creative, live, love and learn!!
